In-Service Help / Tips For Home Health Aides

The office has access to all Usernames & Passwords. Call the office if you need assistance with this.

The office can switch your courses from Spanish to English or vice versa, if they incorrectly assigned at setup.

Use a PC / Desktop for the easiest access.

If you want to use a mobile device, you must download the app.
The website will glitch on the mobile device if you are not on the mobile app.
